Eugene Willemsen is Chief Executive Officer, International Beverages at PepsiCo. He leads PepsiCo’s beverage businesses outside North America, including SodaStream and the company’s Beyond the Bottle platforms, and provides oversight for PepsiCo’s foods business in India.
With over 30 years at PepsiCo, Eugene has built a global leadership track record across functions and geographies spanning Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, as well as global leadership roles, with senior leadership mandates ranging from commercial transformation and category growth to franchise and portfolio leadership at scale.
He serves on several international advisory councils and boards. Eugene holds degrees from Nyenrode Business University, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and INSEAD, and is fluent in Dutch, German, English, and French.
