Disha Singh serves as Associate Director, Business Development at the U.S.-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF).
Prior to joining USISPF, Disha worked across consulting, public policy, and international economic development. She began her career at EY in forensic consulting, before moving to NITI Aayog, the Government of India’s policy think tank. She later represented a range of U.S. state-level trade and investment promotion agencies and international economic development organizations in India, including those from New York, Georgia, Iowa, Colorado, New Jersey and South Carolina, as well as Switzerland Global Enterprise and Germany Trade & Invest.
In these roles, she worked closely with Governor’s offices and senior government stakeholders, supporting high-level trade missions and facilitating both policy dialogue and commercial outcomes. Her experience spans working with governments, industry associations, investors and private sector partners to build cross-border partnerships and drive foreign direct investment.
Disha holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the Hertie School in Berlin and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Delhi.
