Kirill Shabalin is an Associate, Member Services. He interned with the National Defense University, the International Tax and Investment Center, and the Hudson Institute. Prior to his career in the U.S., he worked with the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited in Moscow and other Indian business initiatives in Russia.
At USISPF, he assists with database management, programming, and member services.
As a Fulbright Fellow, he graduated from Columbia University with a Master’s in South Asian Studies. He also holds an M.A. in Media Communications from Higher School of Economics, Moscow and a B.A. in International Relations from Far Eastern Federal University, Vladivostok.
