Trisha Nag Tokas has joined the U.S.-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) as Senior Manager for Technology, Media and Telecommunications. Prior to this, she practiced at law firms including Khaitan & Co. and the Law Offices of Panag & Babu, where her work spanned intellectual property, technology regulation, commercial disputes, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. She has advised and represented clients across media, FMCG, technology, energy, construction and infrastructure sectors in matters involving trademark enforcement, copyright and licensing disputes, brand protection, comparative advertising, disparagement, commercial contracting and complex litigation before courts, arbitral tribunals and mediation forums.
A lawyer by qualification, Trisha holds a B.A. LL.B. degree and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property & Technology Law. Her academic and professional work has focused on digital markets, platform regulation, intermediary liability and technology-policy research, particularly in relation to translating legal and regulatory developments into practical business and compliance strategies.
