Shukla, Joint Secretary, EGIT and Cyber Diplomacy, Ministry of External Affairs, India; Noriaki Abe, Political Minister, Embassy of Japan in India; Aamod Omprakash, Cyber and Digital Policy Officer, U.S. Embassy India; and Nish Perera, First Secretary, Cyber and Critical Tech, Australian High Commission, New Delhi.
Shri Narendra Nath emphasized that cyber threats were a constantly evolving challenge, amplified by emerging technologies such as AI and quantum computing—requiring coordinated responses both domestically and at multilateral levels.
Representatives from the Quad nation embassies elaborated on their respective cybersecurity policies, explored avenues for regulatory coordination among Quad members, and addressed the growing risks at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity.
The session concluded with insightful contributions from industry participants on pathways to a safer and more resilient digital ecosystem.
