USISPF convened a closed-door roundtable in New Delhi with Hon. Michael “Mike” Dodd, Assistant Secretary of War for Critical Technologies and Acting Deputy Director of the Defense Innovation Unit, focused on strengthening the U.S.–India innovation ecosystem under the TRUST framework. Discussions examined collaboration across critical and emerging technologies, including space, semiconductors, autonomous systems, quantum technologies, and artificial intelligence, with an emphasis on startup-led innovation and partnerships.
