USISPF met the SEBI Chairperson along with senior leaders from the world’s largest PE/VC funds, part of Strategic Working Group on Private Equity & Venture Capital, to discuss ways to deepen long-term capital flows into India. Members appreciated SEBI’s clarity, responsiveness & market-strengthening reforms. Members reaffirmed support for transparency while seeking a balanced, workable framework. The discussion also revolved around India’s investment landscape and how easing investment pathways can help attract more capital and strengthen the overall ecosystem. A constructive, forward-looking conversation on enabling greater investment flows into India’s growth story. The meeting ended with a shared commitment to continued collaboration to further strengthen India’s capital markets and unlock greater long-term investment.
