On the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos, USISPF convened a series of high-level engagements with senior government leaders, USISPF member companies and global industry stakeholders.
USISPF hosted closed-door discussions with the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Nara Chandrababu Naidu, and the Chief Minister of Assam, Himanta Biswa Sarma, engaging senior leaders from member companies on state-level reform agendas, investment opportunities, and pathways for collaboration across advanced manufacturing, digital infrastructure, energy, connectivity, and emerging growth sectors. Both leaders outlined their visions for attracting investments, emphasizing policy stability, reform driven governance, and building globally competitive investment ecosystems.
In collaboration with the World Woman Foundation, USISPF convened a Power of Dialogue session on advancing the India–Middle East–Europe Economic Corridor (IMEC), positioning it as a next-generation framework to enhance supply-chain resilience and drive inclusive global trade.
Additionally, we hosted a fireside conversation on India’s Equality Moonshot with Shri Nara Lokesh, Cabinet Minister, Government of Andhra Pradesh, who outlined the state’s development model with a focus on education and skilling, digital public infrastructure, public–private partnerships, and the role of women and youth in economic transformation.
