USISPF led a delegation of Foreign Asset Reconstruction Companies to meet Shri Shirish Chandra Murmu, Deputy Governor, Reserve Bank of India. The members appreciated RBI’s continued commitment to developing a resilient and efficient framework for managing distressed assets and enhancing the capacity of Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs). The dialogue focused on regulatory priorities and reform measures to further strengthen the Asset Reconstruction Companies ecosystem and support financial sector stability and growth.
