USISPF in partnership with the National Mining Association, U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and the U.S. Department of Commerce convened a closed-door discussion titled “U.S.-India Coal Opportunities and Technologies Roundtable” in Washington, D.C. on July 17.
The event brought together senior U.S. government officials, industry stakeholders and senior leaders from the Government of India, including representatives from the Ministry of Coal, Coal India Limited, Steel Authority of India Limited, National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (Ntpc), Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, CIMFR, and leading Indian steel and mining companies.
